1. They have a really great service which encourages you to leave a voicemail message for the general manager with any feedback which I did, and the next morning received a call back from another manager resolving to fix the issue and offering us free breakfast in our room.

10. The hotel was spotlessly clean, the staff was gracious and friendly (without exception, including concierge, front desk, housekeeping and engineering) and the breakfast with Starbucks coffee was great.
