Our favorites: Erica, a host/server in the restaurant and lounge, always remembered us and welcomed us like family -- even when we were dressed like evil elves and supervillians -- and the 6th floor housekeeping staff, who were saintly in their patience with us and our odd hours, piles of costume pieces and props, and perpetual need for clean towels.
