4. Nothing beats the A class customer service I receive from this hotel, right from the door men, to concierge to the group of outstanding front desk staffs (Chenelle, Raeshonna, Morgan, Fantasia, Cindy, Ilker and a host of others), and managers like Paul, and Abdi.

10. Bit annoyed at this as we did pick the hotel because of the pool, we did mention it to one of the managers, who said she would arrange a free meal to compensate us for not being able to use the pool, but it never happened.
