2. When we pay a bit of a premium in rate, I expect a clean room, high level of service and a more refined crowd, particularly because the travelers usually self-select themselves out of hotels they think are 'too trendy for their tastes.

6. Even in the new room, it is difficult to get to the elevators to your room because there is a significant focus on the crowd going to the roof bar.
