1. My only complaint the entire weekend was that four some reason we were not able to get the room cold enough for our liking(maybe we are used to more powerful a/c.

4. Beside the fact that the lobby and rooms could use a bit of a lift, it is the staff at this hotel that makes it a reason to return.

5. The reason we won't be staying here again, is that we didn't get a good nights sleep here--which to me is the most important factor in choosing a hotel.

7. The only reason I did not rate the Sofitel 5 stars was due to the dimly lit lobby and public areas--rather depressing, after visiting other hotels with light-filled lobbies.

8. The rooms we have inhabited are very well appointed, clean and very comfortable (the only exception was a 'Superior' room where friends stayed, which I can confirm had a very hard bed for some reason, quite the opposite of what we have experienced in the other rooms).
