2. This hotel was very, very nice and I think slightly better than the Sofitel I've stayed at in midtown new York, which is also a very good hotel for the right price.

3. new cups were delivered on request but it seemed a little odd and personally I would have preferred real cups in the room (plus a Nespresso machine - which are becoming a familiar sight in most Sofitel rooms these days).

9. The amenities are nice and the bath seemed updated but there is a feeling of slapping new stuff on top of old.

10. The advance work for me was well done, but trying to get directions to a prebooked appointment, a different concierge admitted that she was new & didn't know where the address was (3 blocks away).
