7. friendly and they have the best conceirge and also the doormen are very friendly and protective,they used to warn the taxi drivers to assure my safety :)the hotel z close to few important tourist attractions ,restaurants ,coffee shops and even beauty salons and ofcourse my favourite of all 'CVS drug store' which has everything u need for daily use.
