4. I won't give the Sofitel Washington DC five points because there was nothing particularly spectacular about this hotel, and because the room furniture could have been in better condition.

7. House keeping could definitely be better but was adequate, had to ask for towels twice (saw the cleaning staff in the hall and they immediately provided me with extra towels) and the sink was not really clean upon my arrival, however I wiped it down.
