1. I was disappointed by the shuttle service which it seems it comes to the airport to pick you up if you call them in advance, they don't have regular trips like the other Holiday Inn hotels in the area (like Bayfront).

2. I almost forgot to mention that if you sign up for the Holiday in Loyalty scheme, you get a free gift, and also are more likely to get upgraded to a better room.

3. We liked this hotel in downtown San Diego which is located in walking distance to the Gaslamp Quarter (nice for dining in the evening - especially in the nice Mexican restaurants).

4. holiday inn downtown was a great place to stay with clean rooms , nice staff the location is ok but there are hotels that are more central and of course if you would like to be near the water you would choose a bayside hotel , where there is also a holiday inn.
