4. Everyone at this hotel from the manager of guest services, wonderful Jeremiah, to the cafe workers at the small but fantastically great breakfast cafe, to all the super shuttle drivers we drove crazy, I say congratulations on going the extra mile to serve your guests.

5. It's a couple of blocks from Little Italy, which makes for a pleasant walk to lots of fantastic restaurants, but you'll probably want to cab to the major downtown venues like the convention center.
