1. The concierge and reception staff were good.

2. Also the less than discrete check-in clerk who decided to remind me (and the other guests at the desk) that I booked on Hotwire (eh, so? I don't particularly care if someone knows I may have got a baragain, but I would have thought that discretion would be a good skill at a front desk.

7. We stayed at this hotel (myself, my wife and my 3 1/2 year old son) for 2 nights, and i wish it had been more as the staff were exceptionally good, friendly and there to assist in any way that they could.

8. As long as you're not looking for a big or fancy lobby, and especially if you get a good deal via priceline, this hotel works just fine.

9. The rooms were quite clean and spacious and overall, the hotel appeared to be in good condition except for the washroom doors which for some reason did not close completely and left about a 1' opening?? We were checked in promptly and the staff were polite and professional.
