3. Also i was waiting a letter to the hotel, which arrived 2 weeks late (i was allready in Europe) - hotel staff forwarded letter to me and answered all queries fast with excellent service.

9. Staff is excellent; hotel is under renovation and the sliding bathroom door was not completely hung, wouldn't close all the way and was not anchored at the bottom so it swung out.
