1. free wifi didn't work, they made me ring the 1 800 number to their ISP, and after 40 mins trying to fix it, it still didn't work.

3. Parking at the hotel is $17 but on the street its free and there only restricted parking on one day I think for street cleaning.

9. Parking at the hotel is piad but just outside the hotel there is free street parking available, just take notice of street signs as the street i parked on said that you couldnt park there on wednesday's between 2am and 6am due to street cleaning, otherwise completely legal to park there.

10. I almost forgot to mention that if you sign up for the Holiday in Loyalty scheme, you get a free gift, and also are more likely to get upgraded to a better room.
