1. The room was fine (except oddly the clock didn't work.

2. The rooms were quite clean and spacious and overall, the hotel appeared to be in good condition except for the washroom doors which for some reason did not close completely and left about a 1' opening?? We were checked in promptly and the staff were polite and professional.

3. desk staff were unhelpful and the shuttle staff were rude and unwilling to take anyone anywhere - with the exception of one of the elderly drivers who was brilliant.

5. We received exceptional help with a reservation problem (one night of our stay had been booked at another hotel due to unavailability) and the staff was able to accommodate basically three reservations so that we could stay uninterruped at this hotel in the same room.
