1. The staff was very friendly and accommodating; however, Rosario in Housekeeping was fabulous - so friendly, polite and you can just tell 'first class service runs in her blood.

2. I was grateful also to be treated so royally during my stay by Alissa, Paige and Alex, from check-in to morning coffee on my balcony, then a fabulous breakfast on the patio in the morning - a delightful stay in my beautifully appointed room with stunning view,and I hope to come back soon.
