1. I fully admit to being somewhat of a hotel snob, but I can suck it up and deal with less than a perfect accommodation if I have to; however, the level of inferiority at the Hilton San Diego Resort & Spa was just too much to take.

2. The front desk was very accommodating when we needed to check in early and also when we needed to print out our boarding passes for our return flight home.
