We were also charged $32/day for overnight parking which is fine if we stayed overnight for 2 nights but since we only stayed one night, we have called the hotel and still awaiting a

Friendly enough staff and
responsive
when you have them captive in person, but we are left with NO trust in the staff once we were in our room - it seems their follow-up as a whole is poor.
