5. i was very impressed , my special thanks go to Andrea and all the staff that made our 10 anniversary stay@ Westin gaslamp very comfortable and also the nice card and Champagne & Strawberries delivered by the staff to our room , i give all the staff and the hotel a perfect 10 this was my most wonderfull experience at a hotel ever wow thanks again i look forward to visiting the Westin gaslamp soon.

10. A doorman at the hotel on March 13, his name is Ryan, was very observant with a personal crisis I was going through and went over and above comforting me and making sure that I was taken care of.
