5. The whole reason we booked a room was for a conference that started at 6:30am, having to wait until 10pm for the music to stop didn't help.

6. The reason being was that they had spelled our name wrong when we first put the car in and had obviously not cross checked this with our booking.

7. They have several Internet access speeds and for whatever reason the person in reception told me I could choose the fast one and get charged for the slow one, but charged me for the fast one anyway.
