1. I did send an email to Westin about my experience with them and got a generic email from Alyssa Halverson (Director of Operations) just basically saying 'Thank you for your feedback and hope you try Westin again in the future'.

2. I think it is safe to assume that the corridors on guestroom floors are vacuumed maybe once a year given the amount of cheerios, paper and general mess on the carpets.

9. I did not feel unsafe but it was just very sad to see how many people were living on the streets - there was an entire tent camp a number of blocks away (you'd have to be driving to see it) and I found the Gaslamp area generally seedy although it did not seem dangerous.

10. By and large, the valets were professional, but the newbies were clearly new and slowed the others down asking questions and generally getting in the way.
