6. we waited for 2 hours for it to be cleanned eventhough we had to wait to check in the room was huge 2 stories ,Jacuzzi bathtub window seats were really nice good views of the bay and Petco park.

7. Room service came in and made the bed and cleaned the room so we didnt even think to check that they changed the sheets since that was our sole complaint.
