4. The hotel is spread out all over a hill--gorgeous grounds, but extremely difficult to navigate--absolutely impossible for people who have a hard time walking.

Here are the pros & cons of the property:PROS: Reasonable enough rate; FREE Internet in your room; pretty roomy; gorgeous landscaping all over the facility; close to everything--restaurants, shops, the train station for trolleys are a quick walk away; granted us a 1pm check out; FREE shuttle to & from the airport; cordial bell staff.

7. We had a gorgeous view, with a perfect room with a nice balcony, overlooking the pool.

8. What makes those rooms better is they have high ceilings, two full size beds (I believe they're full size and not queen), one fold out couch and a sitting area/patio right outside the room to enjoy a gorgeous San Diego sunset/sunrise and other views.
