1. The free internet is a real plus and so is the shuttle to and from the airport and cruise ship.

2. I would rather pay a reasonable fee for good internet access than put up with this free garbage.

5. ) The free breakfast was a surprise, but the buffet was just ok--the server did not give us the option listed on the voucher the first day, but we did ask for and got our choices the next 2 days (mistsakenly used the voucher dated for the the last day on the first day and went to the front desk to see if we could trade it for one with the correct date, got an eye roll and an 'are you kidding me' look from the girl at the desk--I was not impressed.

6. The free water was a bonus, but would have liked to get the 2 bottles offered each day even though we did not use them the the second day (we could have used all of them on the the 3rd evening after our busy first 2 days.

9. Therefore we ended up parking on the street (which is free) We parked only one night in the hotel parking lot because we couldn't find a space close enough for my mother any of the other nights we were there (4 in all) We would have had to walk 2 blocks from the other parking structures up hill to our room.
"Great Location Horrible Service " Read full review on TripAdvisor   4/3/2012 Vote
10. If you go over the free 30 minutes it will cost you (we made a 49 minute local call and it wound up costing us $4.
