7. The location is excellent for access to all of San Diego, you don't even need to take your car into the tourist attractions such as Gaslight District (for eating and shopping and sightseeing), or Seaport Village as there is a trolley service almost on your doorstep to their doorstep.

8. The lobby and grounds are pretty attractive, but when your king bed has only one tiny nightstand and the kitchenette features a dirty old toaster and a few mismatched dishes, you know you've been had.
