5. Add to that on arrival the front desk sent me on a wild goose chase throughout their multi-level parking structure to the room - such poor directions I had to go back and ask for better info - and even then he couldn't be bothered to draw more than a big round circle on the map.

6. However, I have stayed in far better accommodations where such items were not only GIVEN to you, but they gave you brand new ones, beautifully packaged and wrapped up for you.
