4. The rooms were decorated very nice ( I get sick of the same hotel cut-out rooms) and the grounds were well kept and I found the staff friendly and accomodating.

8. The hotel is very nice, but, when you do an online reservation and are bringing a pet, the pet friendly rooms are $20 more than comparable rooms, then they charge you another $20 per night for the pet when you check out.
