6. The only reason I tolerated it at all was because it didn't look like the parking garage could hold enough cars for every guest to park there - if parking had been free, I probably wouldn't have gotten a space.

10. The wi-fi was on and off (mostly off), only one elevator was working and the wait times were 5+ minutes, the parking garage had very narrow stalls; the room was not refurbished in what seemed to be like decades.
