1. I had a recent stay at holiday inn express, I was In town visiting friends hotel is located in a nice area close to everything.

3. After I called, the shuttle was at the pick up spot by the time I crossed the overhead bridge to the loading zone, and Pedro, the driver, was quick to load my luggage, very friendly, and courteous.
