3. The staff of the hotel is exceptional, and I would be remiss if I didn't mention the wonderful Sabrina in the breakfast room.

9. The front desk staff were exceptional, whether it was giving us a much nicer room on the first day, arranging for the FREE shuttle to transport us around the town, or just the bright morning greeting whenever you went down for the free cooked breakfast.
