5. Access to the Riverwalk is convenient, however for the money we paid there are plenty of newer hotels on the Riverwalk I have stayed at that are nicer and cheaper.

6. We chose this place because it was located with-in a few blocks of The River Walk, and it was and it is, but it is a seedy area, plenty of homeless people sitting around every corner, passed out morning, day and/or night.
