4. The sweet young lady at the front desk should have been able to go to the restaurant and come back with two wine glasses, or better yet, sent them up to our room, no questions asked.

5. on the one hand the people and the service was as good as it gets and the restaurant staff ran themselves ragged doing whatever we wanted to make us happy the hotel couldn't have been situated better, and the view from the balcony was amazing.
