5. Not only did the housekeeper steal my pants, no one at the hotel cared they were stolen and I am stuck with a ridiculous shipping fee.

7. 'We can take care of that' they tell me, so 8:00am, I call down for one to be here at 8:45, we get down at that time, and guess what, no one called, they forgot (I can tell because the four KIDS behind the counter are all looking at each other, looking to see WHO should have called).
