1. Desk clerk lies when asking if cable was available when pretended I was a new customer on my phone while already staying in crappy hotel.

2. To be fair, several things worthy to mention about this hotel are the quite AC, some new furniture at room, decent size of Samsung LCD TV set and the free Internet.

4. Hotel had a clean heated pool, fitness center, business center with new Apple Mac OSx computer, lounge room, cafe, and restaurant/bar.

5. Nice clean room with water in fridge daily along with bagged pretzels, candy mints, baked cookies, newer flat screen samsung TV, plenty of towels, soap, shampoo, (new bathroom fixtures) and coffee along with good air and heat.
