1. He told her to do whatever she needed, but she had the correct codes and she had our credit card number at that point- If she really thought we were deadbeats, she could charge it.

2. The shower head didnt work correctly, the decorative portion of the faucet on the sink was missing, the fluorescent lights made the rooms look like a hooker hotel.

3. It is unfortunant that now I will have months of paperwork and charge disputes when a reasonable issue could have corrected the problem before checkout.

4. It is a shame that the billing pactices are so lax because were I billed correctly, this would have been a wonderful place to stay.

5. The Hotel WAY overchared my bank account and REFUSED to correct the issus, now I will have months of disputes and paperwork.

6. Since the Hotel has refused tio correct my bill, I have turned the charge over to my VISA card company who will be investigating the charge.
