1. The rooms sit above one of Portland's best coffeehouses (Stumphouse) and a very popular, family-style restaurant (I forget the name) The neighborhood is full of great stores (Powell's Books), restaurants and other attractions.

9. It is true that on the weekend some kids and non-hotel guests might be hanging out, but who cares? THE NEIGHBORHOOD: The Ace's neighbors might be the final peice of the puzzle that made our stay really one of the best that we ever had.
