1. As you enter the hotel not only are you welcomed with an awful stench but the place looks completely different from the pictures posted on their official website.

5. We had warm welcome from front of house (take a credit card they will want your detials incase you damage your room - most people dont so its never a problem)The Staff are fantastic, ever so friendly and chatty, tipping 15-20% of your bill is custom, so do reward if you receive good service.
