4. Staff are very tentative and are more than happy to help you if you need to get somewhere and will either take you personally or theyll draw you a map - if you can walk there.

5. I always book my holiday early and dont ever consider going to another hotel as we have always been more than happy to stay at the imperial swan.

6. I dont understand the bad reviews at all i was so scared when i read them and was not looking forward to staying there but was so happy when we saw our room.

7. We observed the pool was cleaned and tested by a maintinence man who was happy to explain what each test was and if the pool met the standards.

8. I didnt pay for the Ritz so as long as it was clean and safe i would be happy and to be honest it was fine.
