Before I begin I have to say I'm surprised by the positive reviews for this hotel on this site; I notice that, on the whole, they seem to have been written by youngsters looking to 'party' (there were quite a few staying when we were there) or Americans who possibly have different standards when it comes to what they deem acceptable for their money.

3. We are taking this further with the holiday company because this holiday was not a cheap one and to be offered such a low, low, low budget hotel was nowhere near acceptable.
