2. While staying at the Imperial Swan in May 2011 we found that upon our arrival the staff were friendly and helpful and were able to direct us to surrounding attractions, restaurant and transport links .

4. I promptly went to the front desk and asked for a manager (who was very helpful and sorry) and was upgraded to a nicer room.

5. The manager came over to help the man at the desk he asked her what he should do (because we were not in the computer) she responded with 'well your just going to have to throw them in any room you have.

8. The lock on our safe was broken, but we didn't plan to use it anyway; I'm sure if we really needed one that we could've asked and they'd fix it though, the staff were very helpful.
