3. She runs a great hotel and although the front desk can get a bit busy and overwhelmed at times, they still work very hard to solve any problems that may occur (and there aren't many that do) love the Swan.

6. But this is how we always find our stay here, even the lovely ladies that work in the kitchen ( my husband goes to get water from them, as being brits we love our tea ) .
