1. restaurant and pool bar not open, 'renovation work' being done, security bad, anyone could have walked into our block without being questioned due to side doors being open all the time.

3. My gf and I went with a double bed room, instead of a king, simply because we did not feel secure with a ground level room (no available kings on 2nd floor).

5. Our room was ok, although some electrical sockets were dangerously loose and the taps on the bath were not secured at all, also found a few cockroaches in the room and bathroom.

9. the location is fab 5 mins from universal and right on the drive,if i was to complain about anyhing it would have to be about the lack of pool furniture and the fact that the pool bar was never open during our stay, during my stay here i never saw a cockroach or any other kind of bug, we always felt safe and secure, so in a nut shell if you want luxury dont stay here, you get what you pay for and this hotel offered value for the money we paid .

10. the location is fab 5 mins from universal and right on the drive,if i was to complain about anyhing it would have to be about the lack of pool furniture and the fact that the pool bar was never open during our stay, during my stay here i never saw a cockroach or any other kind of bug, we always felt safe and secure, so in a nut shell if you want luxury dont stay here, you get what you pay for and this hotel offered value for the money we paid.
