8. There seemed to be no noise from the highway which was close by, i was also pleased to find i had WIFI in my room, which was excellent (i stayed in block 2).

9. On first arrival of the hotel i went to reception and straight to the front desk, i was pleased to find no queues and was dealt with very efficently and very quickly, the gentleman behind the desk was happy to answer any questions i had, and in general all the staff were polite and helpful.

10. We travelled with Thomson from London Gatwick to Orlando Sanford and we were very pleased with the flights - they were comfortable, staff were good and food/snacks were quite nice for in-flight standards.
