1. The hotel is fine no bugs or dirty carpets just a little old but acceptable.
"Great Hotel, better location " Read full review on TripAdvisor   4/23/2012 Vote
2. Among the disadvantages of the age and the 'discount hotel' status: the pool heater usually was on the fritz, leaving the pool too cold to swim in, even when temps were in the 80s; the pool sometimes overflowed and caused water to stream across the pavement and into the landscaping, because the drainage system apparently has flaws; the hot tub doesn't bubble, because the jets apparently are broken (but the tub was hot and relaxing, nonetheless); the room decor is dated and downmarket; the paint job in the rooms was pretty sloppily done; the pool bar and cafe is really neither--it's actually a snack bar with microwave type food, bottles of beer, and what I assume were packaged, pre-frozen fruity drinks with very little alcohol; the pool snack bar and cafe accepts only cash, but does have an ATM, if you're willing to pay the $3.
"You get what you pay for, which isn't always a bad thing " Read full review on TripAdvisor   3/27/2012 Vote
3. Most furniture in the suite is relatively new and for the price it is acceptable.

4. The hotel is a little tired looking and in need of some titivation, but if,like us you plan to use it as a base to sleep and bathe then it's perfectly acceptable.
"Excellent base, great value, superb location " Read full review on TripAdvisor   1/27/2012 Vote
5. It's a completely acceptable base hotel, and in a very good location on International Drive, but for such an expensive holiday, I would expect the room to not have cockroaches and mould.
"Decent-ish as a base but that's all. " Read full review on TripAdvisor   1/18/2012 Vote
