1. Since the staff we had encountered the night before had not really cared much about the fact that we were not satisfied, we just didn't want to fight with them over the rooms, nor did we care to pay for another night for substandard accommodations, especially when we knew they could do much, much better.

Other taxi companies you can flag down and also park next door at 'friendlys' so much better rates than these guys - I felt like he was trying to rip us off, I would like to say I am pretty savvy traveller - I do my research and know roughly how much things are and how far away they are, dont be fooled by these guys.

3. The shuttles for universal were better there were 4 shuttles leaving between 8 and 11 returning from 6 to 9 pm.
