1. The cleaners were spot on, I was very happy to come back every day to a spotless room.

2. When we complained General Manager Sean told us to stay somewhere else if we wasn't happy (impossible as every hotel was booked up due to Easter, spring break and a huge film convention) he was the rudest most obnoxious man I have ever met.

3. If you don't expect a resort, but a clean place to lay your head after you're done exploring Disney World, Sea World, Universal Studios, and so on, then you'll probably be happy.

4. We have been staying at this hotel for many years and have seen it fall from Best Western to Econolodge but we are still happy here.

7. The hotel are happy for parcels to be mailed ( I buy from American websites that don't ship to uk and have them timed to be delivered whilst I am there).

8. We had not pre-booked a ground floor room but as my friend has arthritis problems we asked Crystal for a ground floor room and she was more than happy to oblige and gave us one with a view of the pool.
