1. We did not spend a lot of time in the rooms but they were very clean, had air conditioning and had extremley comfortable beds perfect to sleep in after a busy day out on the main parks.

6. Yes the rooms are basic but who is spending enough time in it to care? Tea & coffee, iron & ironing board, large size so perfect really.

10. The hotel is a little tired looking and in need of some titivation, but if,like us you plan to use it as a base to sleep and bathe then it's perfectly acceptable.
