1. I saw no sign of any animal life in the room only round the pool (beautiful, enormous dragon flies, birds and the odd little lizard) which was cleaned by three men, meticulously, every morning.

2. Shuttle was expensive to Universal/Disney etc (15 per person, i think both ways) I called Priceline and they gave me my full refund thankfully there is a BEAUTIFUL Embassy Suites right next door where I am currently typing this review from.

6. Not the most beautiful of places - it's not the hyatt by any stretch of the imagination but who goes all the way there to sit and look at a hotel??? Go and enjoy it - it's spot on.

7. I would return here again just because the grounds are so beautiful, we had a pool view from our room and each building has an elevator so that you do not have to climb stairs especially when checking in with all the luggage.
