1. The staff at the front desk in terms of their service, attitude, ability to cope with queues and general failings at tasks leaves one believing that they do not have to put in any effort to attract business as it comes to them.

2. When we complained general Manager Sean told us to stay somewhere else if we wasn't happy (impossible as every hotel was booked up due to Easter, spring break and a huge film convention) he was the rudest most obnoxious man I have ever met.

7. 15 2012 and i didn't like it at all a sometimes people that really do care about where they lay there head wouldn't stay there either the general Manager of that place need to get up off his butttt and take care of this problem instead of charge people 30.

9. On first arrival of the hotel i went to reception and straight to the front desk, i was pleased to find no queues and was dealt with very efficently and very quickly, the gentleman behind the desk was happy to answer any questions i had, and in general all the staff were polite and helpful.

10. As soon as we entered this room, we saw a huge cockroach which my girlfriend was not too happy about - we put our clothes into wash and when we returned we saw another cockroach and again, there was another when we returned for the last time - probs because the area is outside but still, there was not a general sense of cleanliness around this area and we were extremely happy that we were not staying round there.
