2. We were very disappointed to receive our welcome pack from our holiday company on the day of checkout, we had been to the desk so many times and when I opened it the company had sent us lots of coupons and some other important information and disabled badges for our son.

7. Reception staff didn't trip themselves up with a great welcome on our arrival, but shop/restaurant/bar staff are all very helpful which made up for it.

10. I went back to the Quality inn again on the 4th June 2011,we had a fantastic time again,hotel spotless,pools great, rooms all refurbished, staff are great, especially Amador in the hotel bar makes you feel so welcome.
