5. we stayed here with our 1 year old son and my sister and her family for 16 nights in january, i have to stay it is amazing, staff were very friendly and helpful, check in were great and quick, we requested ground floor rooms by the pool and together and we got them, my son broke the safe within 10 mins of being there and it was fixed within 20 mins, rooms were cleaned every day, beds changed every other day unless requested ( which i think is great, who changes there bed EVERYDAY at home, so people moaning bout this are just being picky ),people moaning that you can hear people walking past ur room and talking and laughing , well ur on holiday people will be laughing and joking walking past rooms getting to or from there rooms people go on holiday to have a laugh etc not to walk / tip toe round rooms to please other people, we did not rate the breakfast at the hotel we only ate there once but was not value for money, the mini market on site was expensive but handy, the pool was great for a dip after a long day at the theme park, they supply towels at the pool area, the ice machine was a god sent and u can just keep get more, it is situated in a perfect area/ part of international drive right by i-trolley stop, and not far from theme parks etc, all in all fab hotel fab staff fab location will be returning very soon.
